What is tunability?

Tunable LED lighting controls allow users to adjust both the Kelvin color temperature of the light output color and the light intensity. Room lighting can be shifted from relaxing “warm” yellow light to activating “cool” white light or to "bright" white-blue spectrum. Research studies indicate that the effective use of Kelvin changing and light dimming controls can contribute to increased mental focus, improved visual acuity, reduced anxiety, and a decrease in sleep disorders.
